Liebherr LTM1300/1
This is the model of the Liebherr LTM1300/1 made by Conrad. As compact as it looks when ready for transport, as huge it is after being fully build up.

Together with the crane comes a total of 87,5 metric tons of counterweight and 42 meters lattice fly jib. So there's enough material to load two or three trailers...

The outriggers consist of two parts: the first section is made of plastic, the second is metal. These outriggers are strong enough to support the crane when set up.

The winch on the guying system is not strong enough to keep the telescopic boom straight. This is shown in the picture by the pendants hanging loose.

Fully telescoped, the 60 meters long boom of the LTM1300/1 is almost as high as the standard boom on the CC8800. And then you still have the jib in the box...

With the luffing jib attached at an angle of 20 degrees, I had to lower the telescopic boom two sections to fit on my desk. A great model from Conrad, if only it came with a decent hook...
